Option 1: I continue hanging out with trans people and put up with the fact that some people there are giga fucking autistic to the degree that I frankly have a hard time seeing them as a peer or an equal, because I feel like I am dealing with a special needs child without any self awareness when I talk to them.
Option 2: I just start refusing to hang out with those kinds of people.

It’ll be fine, just go make friends. I’m pretty sure you’re an adult and can handle what comes your way with patience and respect and what not.
Of course I can, occasional run ins with people who annoy me is not the end of the world. But I don’t have endless patience and I don’t want to spend my limited free time with people who I’d be ashamed to be seen with in public. Maybe I’m evil and transphobic for that, but yeah.
Really this is a question about if there is a non-rude way to just kinda avoid hanging out with some people without starting a fight
