I wish, even reta + not eating anything only has me down 25lbs in 2 months

A day? You’d probably want a saw, or a machete. Now a week, lock in. One meal a day, exercise a lot.
Can you walk? Walking is the easiest exercise human body can handle. You just have to walk a while to burn energy. Also limit your sugar intake and eat more protein.

:( do some small workouts at home with lighter weights, focus on isometry and movements, you have to move. Also 2-3 hours before work out you can eat some complex carbs which will help support your blood sugar during the workout.
