    can’t walk bc im tired all the time :/

    not eating much sugar/carbs and already eating high protein

      :( do some small workouts at home with lighter weights, focus on isometry and movements, you have to move. Also 2-3 hours before work out you can eat some complex carbs which will help support your blood sugar during the workout.
