Wipe the stopper of vial and injection site with an alcohol prep pad. Draw air up to the amount your going to inject, then inject that air into the vial. Then turn the vial upside down, and slowly pull the stopper back to where you pulled it back earlier, wait for it to fill with the solution. Pinch the skin where you’ll inject. Insert at a roughly 45 degree angle. Slowly push stopper down, voila.

You don’t have to get this right 100% the first time either. I didn’t use the wipes for my first couple injections. Failing to inject the air will cause problems if you make a habit of doing that but it’s not the end of the world.

I was the kid that had to be held down by nurses to have blood drawn, and even I find HRT injections super easy. It’s gonna be with a tiny ass needle, little diabetic 9 year olds are doing this shit to themselves every day. Inject below the belly button somewhere on your stomach, at an angle, bevel up, slowly inject HRT, then slowly remove, done. Takes a minute, barely hurts, only needs to be done once a week. Plenty of video’s showing it being done.

I’m really sorry if it’s not possible. But look into a doctor named Thep Vechavisit. His surgeries are really cheap in part thanks to using a cheaper form of anesthesia. He performs mostly on girls living in the third world. No one actually knows, it’s really understudied. We don’t even have proof it ever helps breast development. Just a lot of anecdotes and what other mtf’s say.

I’ve had good experiences with oral minox. I started it around a month after E monotherapy. I’ve heard through the grapevine it’s effects can be permanent or semi permanent after like 7 years, but that’s unfounded. I’d plan to stay on it forever or for the foreseeable future. As for worse than when you started, that’s impossible to say definitively, hairs complicated, but if your on E it’s pretty unlikely.

My temples were one of the places I noticed regrowth. I’ve been on minox for 3 months, E for 4. It’s not super dense there (yet, hopefully), but the hairs are long enough to grab and pull, and a lot of them are blonde like the rest of my hair. I can’t tell you how much came from minox, and how much came from E, since I started them so close together. Found the side effects of oral to be pretty negligible so far. Taking 5mg oral just once in the morning.

tl;dr, you’d probably get much more temple regrowth on minox alongside HRT, and yes you have to stay on it. Gonna take this time to shout out microneedling. Either by itself or alongside minox. Can be started/stopped whenever, the derma pen you use to do it can be used for skincare, and it’s not just dude science. Hundreds of legit studies have proven it’s really good for hair regrowth.

Might be a bit of a self own but there’s so much to work on with transitioning to make yourself perceived more like your chosen gender that I cba to worry about the shit no one sees.

Bideltoid can shrink when losing weight too, that’s liable to be the majority of your gains there. But track your BMI alongside it while your at it! It’s kind of fun to track all your measurements when losing weight too.
