I feel like I have no place as a non binary person. Mainstream spaces are full of tucutes, but 4tran adjacent spaces seem to get more and more weird like that. Am I still welcome here? Is my dysphoria enough or are we already actual anti-enby transmedicalists now?

          the key part is the “medical diagnosis” which is literally where “transMED” comes from. someone who generally thinks dysphoria is needed to be trans would be truscum if they really want a word to describe themselves with.

      lowkirk this definition is stupid and i don’t like it, if not transmed than i want some word for people who love medical gatekeeping and want to do more of it

      Traditionally transmed meant the medical gatekeepy types. Now it’s kinda just the same as truscum
