Decided to eat and threw up… when will it end… im worried i have a serious illness from starving myself too much…

    I had that too. Not eating for a while will make you sick when you do eventually eat something. Don’t starve yourself and try to eat in smaller portions for now

      Yes, if you haven’t been eating for a long time you need little portions of food, specially light food. Try cutting a banana or an apple and eat one piece each few minutes, you can also do it with smaller fruits like berries or grapes too

      I dont think I’ll lose weight… my theory is that the body fat is a chromosome thing… and that I cant lose the fat as its just like a part of my body… but thats a theory not fact… when I eat I get sick… its incredibly hard to keep food down… even seeing pictures of food… even appetizing food… its enough to make me sick…

        it’s healthier to eat on a calorie deficit Diane. That way you can get skinny and look pretty AND be healthy and happy.

          I dont know how to do a calorie deficit… I dont know anything about diets… I try to eat one meal a day but its too much and I get sick alot… I dont know if i even can lose weight… because I fluctuate around the same 10 lbs since I was like 14… I think that im just fat and I need to learn to dress to look okay while fat…

            that’s not at all how it works! it’s just eating less calories! you can absolutely eat the same amount, and lose weight! it’s not some weird off the wall diet. just counting!

              I only eat 800 calories a day amd I dont lose weight…

                Eating like that makes your body STAY THE SAME WEIGHT! you need to eat just a little less than what your body needs! no calories makes it hold onto fat as tight as it can!
