that’s not at all how it works! it’s just eating less calories! you can absolutely eat the same amount, and lose weight! it’s not some weird off the wall diet. just counting!
Eating like that makes your body STAY THE SAME WEIGHT! you need to eat just a little less than what your body needs! no calories makes it hold onto fat as tight as it can!
I dont starve for weight loss mostly… mostly its because I cant eat without illness… I sometimes dont want to lose weight… I have a rib flare… I dont want it to be more visible…

I dont knowww what to do… I can eat like granola bars maybe… instead of meals…
you might be able to make special bars for that! but the only way to lose weight isn’t by not eating. it’s a calorie deficit.
