It can help but it seems very complicated, the woman who has the site with the ansur data has an interesting post about it https://theriaca.co/post/fat_distribution
Now I’m worried gaining weight at 4 months hrt is the wrong thing to do :/
Would it maybe be more optimal to maintain my weight while exercising and then at 1-2 years hrt get on pio and gain weight rlly fast? I’ve heard getting on pio early can be bad or something.
Ughhhjfufhdifjfn I hate how there isn’t a manual for exactly what to do. I’ve been deliberately stuffing my face every day to gain weight since I’m at 18 BMI but now I don’t know if its good…
18 is so low, I think it’s good that you’re eating. Optimal doesn’t matter, you needed food. But if you’ve been eating a lot then you may want to move to something more moderate.

Generally I would say, this is a 2nd puberty, listen to your body when it says it wants food. Otherwise I dont rly know how it should be done

I do 2.5k calories average a day I think. I’m 6’2 if that makes a difference. I think this is a fine surplus?
Oh yeah that sounds entirely reasonable to me!!
