cooking and eating is an extremely tiring and boring process. yesterday i forgot to eat at all and realized it only this morning because of me almost passing out…

It’s tricky but it helps to have tools and things! Like, I have this mini cusinart food processor thing. I roasted some cherry tomatoes, toasted some slivered almonds, got that all loaded up in the processor with some garlic and basil and it was this super delicious pesto. I had some pitas with a feta spread, roasted chickpeas, and arugula, drizzle some of that pesto on there, and its SO GOOD. Fresh garlic is so incredible. It takes time to build up the little skills, but it’s worth it!!
Real. I waste money on stuff like frozen pizzas, premade salads, and fast food when can’t focus enough to make anything or just need calories so i dont atrophy more :/
i look up the easiest quickest meals that even poor college kids can make, i put on music or a youtuber while i cook, n then i eat in front of the tv. i’d actually prefer to not be so plugged in but hey it helps me focus
