Asking because I ate some shells with a mushroom and green pepper marinara sauce for dinner and it was really good, the shells were the right choice

Penne Rigate for shapes Linguine for long pasta

This is an unfair question I love pasta so much and it feels rude to pastas like rotelle to be favoritist. rotelle are fun and interesting but they aren’t universal enough to be an overall favorite.

    I read “Dilatini”, permanently troonbrained.

That being said, I like calamarata.

farfalle and fusilli, i like undercooked pasta and those shapes give a really nice texture that maximizes the crunchy texture

in a pot, empty a can of cream of mushroom soup, the same volume of milk and a can of tuna, add a healthy amount of white pepper and some salt, garlic, onion, celery seed, thyme, oregano, mix constantly just under medium heat until its all mixed and warm. that over farfalle is the taste of my childhood

          I haven’t eaten meat in 17 years…

Do you think the milk sauce would work with oat milk?

My sister is vegan she replaces milk in pasta sauces with soaked then blended cashews or unsweetened soy milk. Seems like the soy milk would work out better for that sauce? The cashews are for creamier things. Using a vegan butter or actual butter if your vegetarian could help with the replacement too.
