It is. It’s sad that I had to think for quite while to come up with anything. Treating myself well is really difficult.

That’s true. Habit is the strongest motivator the human mind has to offer. People underestimate it because it seems mundane, but they shouldn’t. It’s the only reason why victims of abuse seek out abusive partners. I should use this force for a good purpose.
