EMPHASIS ON SOME, NOT ALL, SOME OF YOU. IK IT DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYONE.

“oh i have tiny hips im ngmi” YOUR BMI IS 16. EAT. FOOD.

“oh my waist is fucked” WORK OUT.

totally understand if you tried and it didnt work, thats rough. post not about you tho!

so fucked and sad that we have to do this, but nothing we can do about it. so either you put effort and try, or nothing will change.

I agree with an overall point, but I can’t miss a chance to say that weight cycling is honscience.

Good for you. It’s just better to not recommend, as rapid gaining and losing weight often induces EDs in some people.

Weight cycling is an idea of dropping and gaining weight every few months, but it doesn’t affect fat redistribution, as it only happens from fat cells dying, which takes years. It’s just a fancy way to get eating disorder.

so what if my bmi is like 16. my measurements don’t improve even when i try to gain weight.

and like hell bmi has anything to do with hips. i know multiple underweight 4tranners with passing hips. because it’s all about the bone structure

and no gaining weight won’t make hips bigger. maybe circumference but not breadth, and it certainly won’t improve whr

working out isn’t going to fix your waist, unless you were talking to the men. anamaxxing is the only way to get a thin waist unfortunately; exercise can only add on muscle
