We need to fund our own research and medical care… we need trans surgeons, trans endocrinologist, trans researchers, trans doctors… this is the only way… we need a trans scientific revolution… and every revolution needs a guillotine!

If I can get a doctorate in both biomedical engineering and endocrinology I will do my best to save trannydom.

I am dumb so it’s probably wrong but…

I kind of have a concept or idea for how we could make puberty blockers for trans girls that won’t cause infertility…

Which would be good for indecisive trans youth but also a huge OpticsWin for us…

            Where should I post that???

those already exist, and I take one. GrNH agonists. As hormones that target receptors develop, there will probably be ones that allow the gonads to still function. kinda hard tho, since it’s the same hormones that drive all those processes. But yeah, SERMs and Agonists.

                Oh.

I personally thought one could design a selevtive Androgen Receptor Blocker, similar to how Bicalutamide functions, but that doesn’t cross the blood testis barrier which would cause testosterone to still be produces but not affect any part of the body except the ball and sperm production

How so… there is am AR-blocker who doesn’t cross the blood brain bariere very well as far as I’ve heard… so it could be possible… one could idk make that selevtive AR Blocker very bound to blood serum and difficult to diffuse by making its surface area very big and idk… you’re the smart one…but idk… it was just an idea…

still, absurdly difficult due to ethical concerns and the not so precise nature of hormones.

I think it would be cute if I could be your little lab assistant… I’d run and tell you crazy ideas while you teach me some stuff on why it’s a good idea but has some difficulties and sometimes you’re disturbed and tell me that we need to get it past the ethics board too hehe… and we generally have fun and get really close and science mog some moids while also looking stunning and hug and cheer each other on with regards to our academic and personal life’s and ugh…

God, what’s wrong with me… why do I keep having such fantasies and daydreams about idk… being happy and ugh… I’m so sorry…

I’m pretty sure my fertility is fine, actually. never really understood the appeal of fertility though… like why personally want to breed more? there are plenty children who already need a parent.

How? If you take high enough Estrogen, sooner or later your body will downregulate the production of GnRH which will then cause a drop of T in the testis and no more FSH and LH and thereby no more spermatogenisis…right?

my first hrt doctor was trans and hondosed me for like a full year at minimum and did blood tests once a year. being trans doesn’t make you care about other trans people

Being a crazy trans person makes you better than a cissoid though… we need people with our crazy ass mindset but less brainworms and more competence instead of cis-cucked sneedhons…
