Since no one knows, I’ll ask Israel GPT and induce AI psychosis
There’s so much conflicting info around. I have a bunch of questions:
- how does fatmaxing work
- does pio work
- when is the best time to start fatmaxing
- do skinny people who have never been fat before have less fat cells, so that the new cells will be created in gynoid regions?
- or is it that full fat cell redistribution takes 10 years for anyone regardless of weight.
I basically want a guide on at what point of my transition I should start gaining weight, I think I’d like being a bit chubby. I’m like 180cm/5’11 and 61.5kg rn.

Ok, so hypothetically if I lost fat cells in my boobs due to evil evil parents… does weight cycling not bring them back…? Do I need to be on pio…?
Am I just doing this for notiing
I think people here have genuinely no idea and it is all anecdotes. Fat redistribution not working seems like bullshit
Like I am just trying to get back the boobs I lost because of a f***ed up lipo that I was forced into
IGF-1 DES might stimulate cell division in the area.
What’s that?
A shorter lived version of the hormone insulin like growth factor-1, acts locally to stimulate cell division
I see might be interesting
I already know that. But my question is, that if I was never fat and always skinny, do I have less fat cells than a fat person? Would gaining weight overexpand fat cells and contribute to new ones forming in gynoid regions? Can you fatmax on pio early on in the transition?

How expensive is pio?
