There’s so much conflicting info around. I have a bunch of questions:

  • how does fatmaxing work
  • does pio work
  • when is the best time to start fatmaxing
  • do skinny people who have never been fat before have less fat cells, so that the new cells will be created in gynoid regions?
  • or is it that full fat cell redistribution takes 10 years for anyone regardless of weight.
