There’s so much conflicting info around. I have a bunch of questions:
- how does fatmaxing work
- does pio work
- when is the best time to start fatmaxing
- do skinny people who have never been fat before have less fat cells, so that the new cells will be created in gynoid regions?
- or is it that full fat cell redistribution takes 10 years for anyone regardless of weight.
I basically want a guide on at what point of my transition I should start gaining weight, I think I’d like being a bit chubby. I’m like 180cm/5’11 and 61.5kg rn.


I already know that. But my question is, that if I was never fat and always skinny, do I have less fat cells than a fat person? Would gaining weight overexpand fat cells and contribute to new ones forming in gynoid regions? Can you fatmax on pio early on in the transition?
