No. Your bideltoid is suboptimal, but your hip breadth is good, so it balances out. Everything else is relatively fine, aside maybe height which is not that bad anyway. All of your measurements are influenced by fat now, like underbust, for example, so you can assume they are a few cms smaller by bone.
tbh I still have a lot of upper body muscle, so I hope I’m gonna lose like 2cm in my bideltoid and a couple cm in my underbust. My back is really muscular still and the lats are big.

Bideltoid should get better the more upper arm muscle mass you lose. Ass is already in your favour, you can do lots of squats to assmax. A lot of the points pushing you into blue are your height, even though I don’t think it’s bad. Just try to get as close to hourglass as possible via ass.
