nice! tho, be a bit careful about not losing too much weight. like, imo, you should be making sure to get a lot of protein and build muscle while being in a slight calorie deficit. that way, you’ll hopefully get a leaner body without just ending up skinny-fat at a lower weight, which is what happened to me… 😭
