I remember when I was kid a lot of people kinda shit on the gen 5 pokemon designs but I don’t get it, Gen 5 was so peak
People were pissed off because they made it so you could only find gen5 pokemon until the postgame
but imo that was such a good choice it made everything feel so new and fresh.
from my understanding it’s just what happens with Pokémon, everytime a new generation is released everyone hates it then a few years later it’s somehow “the last good game in the series” I seen it happen with sword and shield in real time, the switch up was weird 😭 everyone seems to love it now, but everyone hated it when it came out. the same thing is happening with scarlet and violet, helped by the switch 2 “upgrade”

Yeah, that kinda happens with all long running franchises I’m aware of. Like I have my complaints with the newer games, but I still enjoyed them. I’m getting off topic, but the cycle for a lot of things seems to be pre-release hype then post-release complaining and resentment as the honeymoon period ends, and then nostalgic appreciation.
I wish Audino was good, you know, actually usable like Chansey. It is basically meant to be Unova’s Chansey. Instead it just gets beaten up for EXP like a piñata. I have copious amounts of Audino blood on my hands.

It’s really not a bad Pokemon, especially considering your options in the early game
For a playthrough almost anything will work lol It’s fine, unless you’re doing some sort of challenge.
It just has a really underwhelming moveset
