5 minutes a day is enough, consistency matters way WAY more than single session duration.

Meditation one of the best tools for mental health! Just 5 minutes, it’s not that much, I’ll meditate now too

    If u can’t go for 5 minutes aim for less and build up from there.

    I won’t be surprised btw if meditation somehow helped w ADHD too, I need to read on that
