Open gate is best if your in the states but heard they have shortages. If none of them work, Otokonoko is fine. Estrogen is estrogen.

But for europe estrapen is honestly kinda good just as astro vials due to the fact that they both ship from Europe. However estrapen is slightly pricier, but supposedly easier to inject.
