the only source i can find to buy Estradiol Undecylate is at half the concentration as the guide suggests. injecting 2ml to start and 0.8ml monthly afterwards sounds like a lot of fluid.
i also dont know which needles to get for intramuscular injections. i was going to let my roommate use her needles since she already has some but she does Subq
why undecylate and not enanthate? and why intramuscular and not subq? i mean, the first one is more convenient and stuff but you rly shouldn’t stop looking for hrt just because a matter of preferences
Estradiol Undecylate only needs to be injected once a month and i have a horrible needle phobia
intramuscular because it’s better but someone else is telling me subq is better so idk :(

i can relate to the needlephobia, tbh you should ask another person how to overcome it cause i’ve always been a gelhon jzkskdlwl but yk, if undecylate is not available then go for een and subq, they are also much more spread and you will unfortunately have to deal with the needlephobia anyway. pls dm me if you need help with anything else
every single source about the dosing, the concentration of the vials, what needles to use, how often to inject, where to buy from is all conflicting.
