I learned to navigate my entire bathroom in the dark, like Ayanami. It helps with stuff that may change its position a little every time, like shampoo/conditioner bottles, to turn the lights on, enter the bathroom, memorise the locations of everything, turn the light off, close the door so no light can come in and then do what you have to do.
Showering with lights off kinda helps with reflections. Past that just don’t look down I guess

id shower in the dark but im too clumsy and id probably fall and paralyse myself
dissociating and forgetting if i actually washed myself or not so i stand in the shower for like an hour before putting on soap. music helps too
