The time between 2016-2019 seems to have been much longer then from 2020 to today.

How long how you been on E? I was on for three months and quit two weeks ago - only a few people knew. Trying to cope with drugs and alcohol now.

if they just banned you for using the t-slur or something like that (“hate”) try appealing by saying you are trans. That’s what I did when I got a warning.
