I think it’s similar to These rats, when exposed to T or sterilized shortly after birth will exhibit the behavior of the other sex.

By instinct, the male rat generally knows what to do with a penis and the female rat what to do with a vagina. But sometimes it is switched during development of the brain. The “male” rat on the bottom right knows how to use a female body by instinct.

Maybe in our cases the instincts got mixed up. That would also explain, why intersex people are far more likely to be trans. And trans people are more likely to be LGB.

And my brain is stupid. But that is unrelated.
