        wow! Another condition and thought unique to you! (and bipolar people!) You are the only human to actually become healthier and more mentally stable and less depressed when sleep deprived! Just sleep.

            Sleep every day to avoid this. You can’t outsmart your body with staying up as long as you can. The best thing to do is sleep a healthy and normal amount every day. You’re a big girl, you know how your health works.

                    You SHOULD be sleeping nightly and well so you’re mentally and physically healthier! The last time you didn’t sleep, the blowback came in the form of severe migraines.
