Sleep every day to avoid this. You can’t outsmart your body with staying up as long as you can. The best thing to do is sleep a healthy and normal amount every day. You’re a big girl, you know how your health works.
yea, i know, i know… but, like, i’m already knee deep in the shit now, and if i try to suddenly start sleeping like a normal person, i’m just going to crash and kill myself. if i get depressed again, it’s game over. i’m not going to live through another period of psychic torture. so, i just have to do everything i can to avoid crashing…
You SHOULD be sleeping nightly and well so you’re mentally and physically healthier! The last time you didn’t sleep, the blowback came in the form of severe migraines.
i know, but even when i’ve managed to maintain good sleep hygiene, i’ve just ended up crashing and having it all ruined, anyway. and, like, that won’t help me prevent a depressive episode right now; if i sleep, i’m going to crash, so i just can’t go to sleep yet.
if i do go to sleep, i’ll probably crash immediately… and, like, yea, i’m making the tab bigger, but at least i might be able to squeeze a few more days out before i have to pay :ı

If you don’t sleep, you will crash sooner and you will hurt. You’re just making the tab bigger.

Better to sleep. You may not actually even crash. Or at least, it will be a lot less bad.
