There’s simply no better thing other than delusion. Delude yourself with what you want to be. Delude yourself with a sense of pride and omnipotence. Become your own god. I’m super thankful to this reality, to this broken mind, that I can transcend above reality. I can perceive myself as above what is material. Death is as worthless and as meaningless as your biggest goals. So delude yourself.

Yeah. While you wrote this, I came to this conclusion. But why can’t religion be personalized? Really, I now understand to why religion came to exist. Someone had to hold the same amount of despair and discomfort.
