I am going to ask him to give me a referral a dermatologist so that I can try to get on fin/dut. I am going to basically see if he could prescribe it to me so I can start taking it before seeing a derm. Would it be weird to bring up dut? Should I just bring up fin so that it’s maybe more likely I can get on something now even if it’s not as good as dut?

    You can source dut from the same places you source HRT from. I pay 2.50$ for a pack of 10(+shipping). So keep that in mind as a backup.

    If your balding or w/e bringing up dutasteride is probably fine. It’s used really commonly there. One of my friends got her GP to prescribe minox so it’s probably possible.

      He already prescribes me minox. I was hoping to get it through insurance since I don’t need to tell a healthcare professional I am trans to get it. I intend on DIYing if I can’t get it within the next week or so.
