Not everyone checks their height every day or even every week like some of us. Most will go based on an old doctor’s visit or their ID or be too afraid to check (Trish). Nearly everyone shrinks save for an unlucky few, so its unlikely many heighthons are even that bad anymore and most of the 5’10/5’11 girls I interact with are probably just 5’8 now. Hell, most people who claim to be taller than me are probably now shorter. I get I’m not even really a terrible heighthon its just…idk sucks to think about and feel inferior since I’m the only one who KNOWS she’s telling the truth. It pushes me further down the totem pole of trans girls if you will.

    i was still 178 cm when i got measured in the psych ward in november, so i know for a fact i haven’t lost even a single centimeter of height…

          how long on hrt? dose? how has breast development been? hip development? starting age.

          trying to ascertain what causes shrinking and medical science just sorta denies it happens to anyone bc the trans women they study are boomers on hondoses

                might have something to do with how little i grew in height from puberty, tbh. like, before puberty, i was already 169 cm, and i ended up a bit shorter than expected based on parental height and average growth curves…

        asian girls are usually short af tho and im asian so even at 5’4 people would clock me as tranny even if i were to pass otherwise

            i live in the us but doesnt change that people know asian girls are suppose to be shorter… i tower over half of my coworkers
