Jesus Yash, that sounds like hell, it sounds like a chronic fatigue of some kind? If you have had long covid or whatever maybe have them look into ME/CFS.

It’s a tough situation, Yash but you might just need to ask them if they’ve considered it, as you have heard that it has become more common post covid exposure, frame it as it couldn’t hurt for them to look into it if they haven’t figured it out yet.

i get dizzy and lose vision sometimes but it usually only lasts a few seconds. for me i think it might be a brain pressure/spinal fluid thing though

That’s rough. But I believe it can also simply be some cardiovascular disease due to obesity. The human circulation was never cut out for something like this. I really think Mounjaro or something like that is something you should pursue.

ik my weight is peob contributing, i started mounjaro yesterday and it’s only 2.5mg/week for the first month, then 5mg, then 7.5mg, it’ll be a while until i lose the weight

and i don’t even know if it’s that bc there plenty of fat ppl without these issues, so maybe losing weight won’t help but im wasting time

I know how the stuff works. Tried the lowest dose of Ozempic and it was more than enough for me, but I react with extreme sensitivity to medication, so…I had no feeling of hunger at all.

Even if losing weight won’t help the issues you have right now it will definitely help prevent those you would get later otherwise. It’s as smart choice to do what you’re doing.

first line treatment is eating lots of salt, drinking lots of water, and compression garments, so is pretty easy to DIY
