5-6 months. i know thats not a lot but if my skeleton is beyond fucked, i literally mog cis male gym bros with my height and frame except for being skinny, e wont ever change my bones
6 months is nothing, puberty on average lasts 2-5 years. If you can’t get fatter you need to gymmaxx for your lower body
i kinda do already, i do bouldering a lot and exclusively do stuff for legs, mobility etc and none for arms but idk if thats enough
Only time will tell if that’s enough. But you’re definitely giving up too early, especially if you’re not a lateshit. I’d say continue effortmaxxing and give hormones more time
