I’ve only been on e for a few months, but I’m pretty sure I’m losing strength… I just went around my house picking random stuff up, and it all felt so heavy. If a guy asks me to help him lift something and I fail miserably, I’ll have to either die on the spot or never show my face to him again.

I don’t hate it, but I’ll still have to start doing some strength training soon.

I don’t think it’s all bc of E. I get strengthmogged by my cis woworkers all the time, which is the most embarassing thing ever when I’m boymoding. I’m in the gym though, lifting weights as one does.

Yeah… I’ll have to start lifting weights, or maybe calisthenics because kinda I prefer that over lifting weights.

its normal. muscle mass is retained sometimes, but it loses its density. i can run like an 8 min mile but if i take like a week off i lose 40 sec off my time.

An eight minute mile sounds really impressive but I’m not a runner so idk. I ride my bike a lot (but wouldn’t dare call myself a cyclist) and I’ve pretty much retained my speed, but I might have been making up for it because I’ve found myself becoming a lot more mechanically refined. I used to pump up hills on my highest gear, but I haven’t dared in a while.

yeah i mean the strength goes pretty quick especially if ur in a calorie deficit or even just not using ur muscles at all.
