you realize its a cognitive dissonance. the hard part is dislodging deep seated insecurities. which is like, most of it. you kind of have to realize a lot is out of control, and even if you actually have people hate you, you cant let it beome too personal, because then your self worth hinges on a peak you can’t even see the top of, let alone know it exists.
