            No, your distress is not your faul. Doing diy is something you mustn’t be guilty about. You need to prioritize your own well being first. Idk about the details of ruining relationships, but if it was because of being a tranny, then it is not your fault. Did you ever chose this?

              it wasnt bc i was a tranny. i hurt all of them because i refused to work on my bpd because every time i tried to work on it, i ended up miserable.
