But I think it’s just ocd or something… But I really was scared that I will go and like fight w someone for some reason… I’m scared I don’t wanna go insane and into prison…

      Yeah that can be frightening dissociating to that point. Try to use grounding techniques to again, steady yourself. The classic one being five things you see, four things you hear, three things you feel, two things you smell and one thing you taste. The likelihood of you doing something grievous to someone else during that state is near zero. Just again try to ground and steady yourself if it continues to worry you.

          You’re welcome, I’d also advise maybe looking into some form of behavioural therapy as much as I know therapy sucks they usually are recommended as some form of treatment or at least a way to provide healthier coping mechanism for several issues like ocd, which might help your dissociation idk I’m not a therapist.
