Normally it eventually stops but it kept on gushing out as I brushed. Thought I would’ve bleed out if I continued

      From brushing your teeth? Afaik it can happen from bacteria. Gingivitis, I think. You bleed if you haven’t brushed for a long time

        ik the feel. please try to brush at least once a day. it’s really important. maybe you can try to link it in with some other ritual you do once per day?

          Believe me, I tried everything. I’ve been awful about brushing my teeth since I was a child.
