Hi before reading, this contains something that maybe is upsetting so skip it if you dont like to hear upsetting things… I have clothes i shouldn’t own anymore… I cannot throw them away… its so wasteful… they are perfectly fine clothes they are not torn or stained… I just cannot wear them anymore… and I cannot donate them because giving these to someone is very wrong… these were clothes I was wearing during rape… I cannot wear them… I cant look at them without crying and getting extremely scared… I dont know what to do with them… because its wasteful to throw them away… its a waste of money and resources and like theres people who have no nice clothes and im throwing nice clothes away… I cannot do that… but I cannot donate them… because its like think of the energies… and how wrong that is to make someone unknowingly wear clothes like that… it would be awful… I cant do that… so they sit in the corner of the middle drawer of my dresser… and I dont touch them… sometimes I just look at them when I want to feel upset… but idk… I dont knowww what to do with them…
Sometimes it’s okay to throw something away… may I suggest setting a date… a peaceful day… preparing for it, emotionally and mentally… writing down everything you wanted to say regarding this terrible thing that happened to you… and then burning that letter with these clothes… giving yourself closure.
Ive tried… 2 times… its impossible… I cant throw them away they are not damaged…
They are… they are very damaged… these clothes also want peace… want closure… they don’t want to worn again… they remember too… let them return to the ground… burn them… so something healthier can grow from their ashes… a tree perhaps… let them rest.

They need to burn to find peace then I have to burn for my peace as well… it doesn’t seem right… I cant burn them… its bad for the environment…
You don’t need to burn… life has burned you enough already… what you need is healing… please talk with somebody… one day I hope you can let go of these clothes
