because of comphet, i explained this. because trannies are already excluded or face confusing pressures from cisheterosexuality, (and most of the assimilated ones wont be represented in online forums either) you arrive at an even distrib of androphilia and gynephilia

So you think trans people are compgay?? what?? Why would comphet ever create that

Tbh anecdotally I think way more trans people are comphet than cissoids

no idiot the reverse. i think trans people measurements better represent the actual sexualities of population. comphet in cis people is so total they dont even consciously deal with it. some older generations can barely comprehend the existence of gay people.

Yeah… idk talking to cis people I just don’t buy this… I never really think cis people come across as comphet tbh whereas I do for trans people all the time

because its thoroughly sublimated to the point of feeling automatic. someone who cannot even concieve of homosexual attraction is not going to be capable of introspection or struggle with those feelings. you do know comphet was created to talk about cis people right?

Well yeah obviously but I don’t think it’s a large proportion of straight people though that’s kinda mad

genuinely it is though from my experiences among cis people. it just gets passed off as “experimentation” or “confused hormones” or “practice relationships due to not being around the opposite sex” etc. again its so sunlimated that few of them act on it and may feel disgust even at the thought, but that is due to their total association between heterosexuality and the natural and order and such… this is exa tly the argument of adrienne rich in the comp het essay, im not saying some niche thing here…

Ok but “confusion” and “practice relationships” are literally not a common thing at all hello? The only people I’ve ever met who talk like thst and do those things are trans people and that couldn’t be true if it was a MAJORITY of cis people. Like that is an absurd claim
