i think they’re really just the same thing. missing her is missing everything you provided to each other; a relationship is how two people provide to one another. all relationships are both similar and dissimilar. so, when trying to process, i think its good to avoid thinking about “the relationship” as some ontological state you can be in, and u should try focusing on the little, specific, individual details instead
idk if I wholly agree, I definitely miss her because she was my best friend, if my other friends and especially best friends left my life I’d be mourning losing them too, and I think theres so much more to a relationship than how two people provide for each other
idk, maybe I’m just being semantic but I wasn’t always trying to provide something to her or expecting her to always provide something to me, I just liked existing in the same space as her sometimes, which I suppose you can say is providing something but that wasn’t the point yknow
