Like… when I get drunk I feel less dysphoric (a lot!!!). But when I stop drinking I feel like shit again. Should I drink more???

It’s a great way to rep away your 20’s until one day you’re 35 and realize you wasted your chance to be a woman.

    At least in my experience.

Did this for quite some time, feeling much better now that I drastically cut back the booze. Yes, the dysphoria gets worse and becomes more present, but it forces me to actually take care of myself instead of just drinking and not fixing anything at all. Just emptied the rest of my bottle of Suntory Toki today as I drink on weekends, but I won’t buy a new one. Good night, sweet prince.
