For what would probably be mine’s, maybe I’d go with parmesan, if you can get your hands on one of good quality it’s the best…
But since I use it way more on the daily, and some variants of it can be very good, I think I’ll go with mozzarella, very flexible to use in a lot of recipes and a good snack when you don’t have anything particular on your mind.

also agreed mozzarella + parmezan is goated. you could use a different ratio of these in basically any recipe that calls for cheese and also it makes sandwiches taste like pizza

Gorgonzola is peak with risotto and piadina. Gouda and parmigiano are the best all-rounders tho
I like gorgonzola but I can’t bring it home cuz the people I live with hate smelly cheese
