For what would probably be mine’s, maybe I’d go with parmesan, if you can get your hands on one of good quality it’s the best…
But since I use it way more on the daily, and some variants of it can be very good, I think I’ll go with mozzarella, very flexible to use in a lot of recipes and a good snack when you don’t have anything particular on your mind.
