    i feel like estrogel could possibly be an answer

    my hands weren’t super manly to begin with afaik but for the past 3+ years i’ve been applying estrogel + salicylic acid lotion to my face, and after applying it to my face i just rubbed the rest into my hands and apparently im a handpassoid so like i feel like maybe the local effects could be real

      i think tretinoin would also work well, maybe even better than salicylic acid. but in either case sunscreen on your hands becomes more important.

      also supposedly my face changed a lot during my transition (before ffs) and i wonder if the estrogel to face is part of why
