    yeah. isn’t that the vitamin your body synthesizes through sunlight exposure and fish? so i guess be outside in a sunny place and eat some fish if not vegetarian.

    It’s the most commonly deficient vitamin in the world, and it’s pretty essential (like all vitamins are, but vitamin D is harder to get and deficiency has many side effects like depression and osteoporosis)

    even if you don’t need it you’ll naturally pee it out, i would def recommend taking just in case.

    Yep most ppl have deficiencies on that vitamin, u should combine ir with k2 for better absorption

    Yes but you have to take it with K2 to avoid kidney stones/CVD
