Thanks to my country’s health care system it’s so cheap that the shipping cost alone would make diy more expensive.

DIY is… 50 reais (9 dollars) for Estrogen mixed with Angestone. 25 reais (5 dolars) for espiro.

For pure estrogen, you’ll have to go to the grey market, crypto, etc. It costs around 80 reais per dose. 3 per month… 240 reais. (46 dollars).

The problem… On average, Brazilians 300 dollars a month. So for those who live on minimum wage, it’s very difficult.

If you’re lucky and manage to get it through the public health system (SUS), it’s 100% free.

Since I’m poor, I use the public health system (SUS). I was on the waiting list for 4 years, but I never paid anything. They even do BA (8-year waiting list) and SRS (12-year waiting list). I’ve also seen cases of FFS, but those are rare and they need a court order, an endocrinologist, psychiatrist, and psychologist order.
