normally i have 2 waffles for breakfast, pizza for lunch, some plant based stuff + hash browns for dinner, and i eat more on weekends, i could add broccoli or macaroni for dinner and eggs for breakfast but i’m lazy and hate food prep
the days i eat actual calories are the days i get 3 egg and cheese croissants and 2 hash browns from dunkin donuts but i only do that twice a week because that order is $20
