ive done a lot of research on this as my ribcage dysphoria is rly bad, and it depends very much on the method of rib cosmetic surgery u get, the one in ur picrel is MIRR (minimally invasive rib remodeling) which has fewer possible complications since it heals your floating ribs into a new position as opposed to completely removing them which is harmful long term
