I know that there are powerful reasons for why you might want that. Every promise of a new day might begin to sound like a threat. It can be so hard to find any purpose in continuing on.
But this can be changed. You just will need some help to do it.

Don’t worry if none of it is connecting, I know it can be hard when you’re in this state. You’ve done nothing wrong, something wrong was done to you and you are hurt. I just hope you are able to find your way to seeing that you matter, because you do. But if you are struggling with any of this, you’ve done nothing wrong to feel that way.
