I find it helps to recognize that you are in an infowar where the boundaries of your identity are some of the most thoroughly contested terrain. You are subjected to so much propaganda claiming that you are not a woman.

And so you have to fight fire with fire. You have to tell yourself that you are a woman, regularly. When you see her in the mirror, when you understand her in your head, you must accept her as a woman. Don’t do any bullshit where you call yourself a man. If you hate yourself, that’s ok, but you had better be hating yourself as a woman.

If you can hold onto yourself then I think you will feel it.
